I cant fault this product. My hair is very dark and I now have some grey, I have it bleached cream blonde, I need to touch my roots up for a night out after 6 weeks of having my hair colour, this product takes me up until my next 10-12 week appointment, it would still be amazing if it was double or triple the cost, at £4 there is no reason not to give it a try! I have only tried two others, and they were good enough, I was about to buy WOW at £28 but thought I would try this first, I am so glad I did!

I bought this as a cheap alternative to some of the more expensive brands and it's no better or worse really. I have dark roots and I can confirm that no matter how good one of these are, it will not make dark roots look blonde, it's science! If you're trying to cover grey hair then this will work, it's capable of making light hair appear darker but not the other way around.

Bought this item from W7 as this company is well know for selling high quality cosmetics at pound shop prices, I have bought from this company in the past and their sheer loose powder foundation (which i originally bought for just )0.99p) was the best loose powder i had ever used (compared to top brands like bare minerals), the shade was perfect and looked natural and wore well i was completely shocked how such a cheap cosmetic can look and feel so good and I have repeatedly bought it since. They also sell banana dreams powder which is a yellow powder that corrects skin tone or something, it has been flying off the shelves ( i could`nt even get hold of it) Cosmo did a review between the top brand and W7 check it out! which is so popular due to Kim Kardashian using something similar but a top brand apparently W7`s banana dreams was just as good if not better.So when i saw the new advert on the TV for John Frieda Root Blur i checked it out cause i have got bleached blonde hair and regularly have to re-dye my hair as my natural colour is dark brown, when i looked at this product i thought cool... then i saw the price!I also saw something similar called WOW Root Blur at around £22.00 a box!... and then I saw W7! which then i got excited because the box looks identical to the WOW box even the brush was the same! and i ordered the W7 Root Cover Up straight away and I was presently surprised.The product is high quality and the blonde cover up lightens your roots, it will not cover them completely its designed to blend your roots to the hair, after a few applications (you have to build up the coverage) my dark roots were gone and i was left with a perfect darker blonde you could tell i still had roots but they were not the unsightly dark ones, I was very happy and it worked as i expected it to, the box is well constructed and the brush is good quality, you would have to be nuts to pay £20+ just for a quick touch up for that price you might as well go to the hairdressers or buy a dye this product is for when your roots are just beginning to show not for full root regrowth.Overall this product is a star buy and perfect for that quick touch up after you have styled your hair, all I have to say is not to expect to much its not going to work miracles.

Really disappointed with this product. I dont know how other buyers were pleased with it. It just doesnt stay on my hair and really doesnt work at all for me. It is a powder like an eyeshadow. Fell through my hair. 2nd time I asked a colleague to put it on for me just to be sure it wasnt my technique. Alas no, same bad result. Oh well, will look for something else.

This item is a really cost effective way to disguise those pesky roots and greys between colouring. I was skeptical that at less than a fiver, (significantly less than the bigger branded similar root cover powders), that this product would work but it really does! Its not a miracle worker, the roots do not just disappear, I would say it blends rather than covers, but it certainly makes your roots look much better and I would highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Not impressed with this product but the actual compact is very nice,I didn't notice any difference to my roots and very time consuming and still couldn't see any results,stick too what I already do less time as well I just use dry shampoo to hide my roots it certainly doesn't make it as obvious.but I thought I'd give this a try as it's not a lot of money compared to some other makes don't no if there better but I'm not going to try them as they do look the same packaging etc and it said next day delivery but mine came a week later.

When I first bought this I thought that it was too good to be true and probably would not work. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It does the job, hides your grey perfectly and applies in seconds plus the best thing is that it is a powder so no more greasiness in your hair like other products. Great invention and saves you a fortune too as there is plenty in the package to last for a long time.

Will not cover dark roots at all. For light blond or grey roots only. Just as good as the expensive brands

Je ne trouve pas que le résultat soit probant. Les racines sont encore fort visibles. Pas vraiment facile au point de vue application

Love this product! My hair was looking so bad because of the gray showing through. All I do is brush the powder on and it looks great! Thanks for the great product.

Zum Kaschieren des Haaransatzes bis zum nächsten Friseurbesuch ist der Haarpuder eine tolle Übergangslösung. Natürlich ist der Effekt nicht so klar und perfekt wie ein frisch nachgefärbter Haaransatz. Aber es gelingt, dass der nachgedunkelte oder ergraute Ansatz nicht mehr deutlich hervorsticht.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht unschlagbar. Ich habe zu Hause auch ein wesentlich teureres Produkt, gleicher Farbton, gleiche Pinselform und kann keinen Unterschied zum Haarpuder Kit von W7 feststellen können.Ich hatte hier in den Rezessionen den Tipp gelesen, den Puder ins feuchte Haar aufzutragen und finde die Handhabung sogar besser, als das Auftragen ins trockene Haar. Wobei beides möglich ist. Ich komme bei dem Doppelpinsel mit der kleineren/kürzeren Form besser zurecht.Ich werde das Produkt mit Sicherheit wieder kaufen.

Ich habe lange, blond gesträhnte Haare und mein Ansatz ist eigentlich dunkel. Mittlerweile sind jedoch einige graue Strähnen dabei. Das Haarpuder deckt den Ansatz nur mittelmäßig ab. Vielleicht liegt es an den grauen Haaren, das kann ich leider nicht genau unterscheiden. Das Haarpuder ist in jedem Fall besser als Ansatzsprays in blond und ich werde es weiter verwenden. Aber die Wirkung ist bei mir nicht so gut wie bei anderen Bewertungen .
