Avengers & X-Men: AXIS (Avengers the X Men)

This was a good read and excellent use of one of Marvel's most enduring villians, the Red Skull. If you enjoyed the Uncanny Avengers run then you'll want to keep reading here. Solid artwork throughout.

Loved it cool storyline.

For once a big event did actually change the foundations. I found this intriguing and wondered how it would resolve itself and in the end there are still questions to be answered. A good read and a good book... Great price for it too

Good story

An okay lead into the Time Runs Out storyline. Like most of the recent "event" stories it seems like parts of this are missing. That's the problem with company wide crossovers. Not up there with House of M or the sublimely brilliant SIEGE but ok.If there's one thing specifically I felt let this down it was the muddy colouring. Too dark and gloomy and hiding (probably) some great artwork.Not a good jumping on point for anyone unfamiliar with the Marvel-verse but not bad....just kind of run of the mill.

Well written with some interesting ideas. It loses one star because once again the avengers fight the xmen.
