I did my research on this power washer before buying, and this power washer is one of my favorite purchases in a while. I specifically purchased this power washer for washing the cars. I was at the point where I was getting tired of dragging the power washer on wheels from the garage and setting up everything before I started to wash my vehicles. For those of you that know what I'm talking about. Well I got there too. It was time to put together a wall mount unit for the garage.When the package arrived. I was really impressed at how small it was. It only weighs 12lbs, and its the only 2GPM power washer I could find south of like $700. The unit came with a long wand, foam cannon, your typical spray tip sizes in 3.7 orifice and like a 25ft cable. I was not interested in the peripherals, as I had my own products already, but if you didn't have anything it would be a good start. Not sure if that foam cannon is any good, but you can pick up a sweet deal here with the bear force ones. The unit goes no where and is rock solid. Just FYI. Should you go that route. Make sure to have everything lined up before taking the tape of the 3M stuff, because once it touches the shelf. It runs at about 1050PSI 2GPH. It really takes off the dirt off the vehicles and the foam from my foam cannon is tremendous. Not to mention when I get ready to wash the car. I just turn on the water and the power washer and I'm washing inside 2 minutes. I cant tell you how much that makes me smile. I should have done this years ago.Another tip about this power washer is that its not load at all compared to that floor unit from Sams I have had for many years. It has a pleasant hum. Just a tip. Do not pair this with a Uberflex hose as it will cause surges and possibly burn up the motor. Only use steel braided hoses.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve only had it one week so I can’t speak to its’ long term durability. What I can say is that thus far I LOVE it! Runs smooth, quiet and appears to operate a foam cannon nicely. This is a cheap foam cannon too, not a lah dee dah $100 super cannon. It also cleans concrete and car mats well too. It is lightweight and easy to move. It will be easy to move downstairs to the basement this winter.No complaints at all. It just works and works very nicely.

Works great for what I use it for with auto detailing! And it’s not bulky and is light which I love too! Great pressure for what I need it for!

I bought the Active 2.0 on 11-30-24 and have used it solely for car washing. I wash my car once a week, weather permitting. I owned an electric Craftsman pressure washer from the 1990’s (which still works) but the promise of more water and a new machine compelled me to buy the Active 2.0, together with their Active steel braided hose.In early April the machine’s pressure reduced dramatically and it started making strange noises. On April 10 they sent me a lengthy letter with instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem. Nothing worked. I notified them that same day.Their answer was I needed to replace the bypass valve and the pump outlet and provided me with a DIY video to fix it myself. They also informed me they had placed an order for me to replace the parts under warranty. They said I would receive a confirmation of the order (I did) and that I would get another email with tracking info once the order shipped.So here it is, April 20 and no email of any kind.First, this product cost me $350 and only lasted about 4 months. Second, if I have a warranty on an item and it proves defective, why should I have to repair it? I have never had to do that with ANY product. Third, after ten days I have heard nothing. There are TWO parts involved for a total cost of $20.48. Where are they? I haven’t heard anything from them at all since then.Now I am using my old pressure washer which, as I said, still works after 30 years. I might add, it is working better than the Active 2.0 which squirts water like it was coming from the hose bib.Even if the parts do repair the unit, why did they fail on such a new unit? Will they last this time?I enjoyed it while it lasted but now I will always be waiting for it to quit again IF they ever send the parts for the repair.Follow-up April 27: Still no parts, BUT they offered a $34 refund on the purchase price. How nice. No parts and still a broken machine. I guess I can use the $34 to get a bunch of quarters and go to the car wash. I will say the customer support center has continued to respond, but they have not begun to solve the problem. Also note, they have not responded on this forum to defend themselves. I wish I had gone another direction.

I had no clue how bad my last pressure washer was until I bought this. It literally blows your hand back because it has so much force. I'm on well water and have a pretty low flow rate and this had no problem keeping up. It's much smaller than I expected. I paired it with the active short gun, an uberflex hose, and quick disconnects on everything and it's just the perfect setup.
