The first one arrived with glass broke and frame damage, but notified the seller and the sent another one out right away and I sent the other one back at no cost to me.Thank you for this Beautiful gift that we are able to share with the family.Love the display case

Nice quality and design. The flag was a tight fit, but that may be due to folding technique.

Its a nice looking case but the double sided tape that came with it and straight pins were useless. Ended up having to hot glue my dads medals in the case.Also the little clips that hold the back on some came broken. They are made of cheap plastic. If they were made of metal like on a picture frame it would be better!

Actually nicer than expected. Lots of equipment to attach medals, etc. Only complaint is that the plastic pieces that hold the back on the flag compartment are far too flimsy. I expect I’ll need to find something stronger to replace them with soon.

This is a beautiful display! I purchased a couple and returned them b/c the display for medals and ribbons looked cheap! My father-in-law retired from the Air Force and passed the day before Thanksgiving! I wanted to do something special for my husband to honor his dad and his service. A friend helped me display the ribbons in the correct order and the medals that easily place b/c there is a little foam behind the fabric which helps them stay in place. The wood is also beautiful! Thank you for helping me honor my father-in-Law with this beautiful display!

Display case looks great and works great. Color is a bit orange rather than dark cherry or dark mahogany that I expected.
