in-line Slate Roof Vent for Man-Made & Natural Tiles/Extractor Fan, Soil Pipe

Bought this kind of vent on the strength of another knowledgeable review and am not regretting it. The builder says they are good quality: well made, solid and easy to install, and, as the other reviewer notes, they sit in line with the other slates. For me, there is the bonus that, on an old slate roof with a deep pitch, they are almost invisible - they do not catch the eye, you have to look hard to see them. I am in a conservation area, so that counts for a lot. Good job. Thanks.

Bought 5 to fit in new thrutone slate roof. They look good and are well made and much cheaper than the market ones. Bizarrely they actually go inline with the slates better the Marley ones (the replace a slate rather than fitting between two halves). The way they slot on to the battens is good, they are never moving! Just don't let your roofer punch holes through the felt/membrane for them (like mine did) there is a proper way of cutting and peeling back.
