Lovely tea fresh and helps calm

Nice flavour. I drink this at night instead of coffee.

This tea is delicious, and is a big help in my nightly ritual to help me sleep. I always put a small amount of honey with it, and by taking the tea at a regular time I think I have trained my body to expect to relax when I drink it. It is well worth the money and I would recommend it for anyone who needs help relaxing .

As a night time tea, taken just before turning in, it's a really good relaxant! Helps me to drift off to sleep. Lovely taste and fragrance. One morning I found one of the used tea bags pulled to pieces on my kitchen floor and both cats were rolling about in the leaves. High as kites.

I am frankly speaking very satisfied with this product ... I drink it 3 or 4 times a week, in the morning and helps me to stay relax ... sometimes 30 minutes before sleeping is also very effective !!
