They are perfect, looks delicate but are decent to hold and handle

These are the poshest glasses I’ve ever bought lol but I love cups and glasses and needed to streamline all the random ones I have and thought I’d buy some decent ones. These are lovely, so nice to look at and hold, they are very light, and I love the way they feel in my hand. I bought these ones because when I sit at my desk my coffee always seems to go cold because I’m busy on the computer so I wanted something to keep it hotter for longer and these do. I like the fact you can see through it too and see the different levels of the coffee if you make a cappuccino or latte. It’s not hot to hold either because it’s double walled. I love them and I’m looking forward to using them for cold drinks in the summer so they will keep my drinks colder for longer. Now I want all the different sizes lol I hope my review has helped someone out there.

I tend to take my time when i have coffee/tea so i was looking for something that would keep my drinks warmer for longer, I came across these at my friends house (The old version) and I fell in love with em. When I say old version I mean the ones without a silicon valve at the bottom. The reason being hot liquids caused gas inside the wall to expand and made the glasses brittle, the new ones have an automatic pressure release valve that prevents this so in theory they should last longer and withstand a knock or two.Not sure why but they are surprisingly easy to clean and very light too (probably because of the same material used in lab quality equipment), almost have a teflon like quality to them. Even the most stubborn dried in coffee stains come off with ease which I find a huge bonus considering I don't have a dishwasher. Also super easy on the eyes what with the suspended fluid like effect and really show off the layers on a good latte, the perfect accompaniment to a Nespresso!Unfortunately they're not without their problems, for one both of mine have small imperfections (air bubbles) but I didn't bother sending them back as they're hardly noticeable. The bottom of the glasses have unnecessary labelling which i thought ruined its minimalistic look and inherently a little fragile compared to similarly sized alternatives.All in all Im very happy with my purchase and pretty much everyone I served my latte with ending up getting a pair for themselves ^^

I loved these when i got them 3 weeks ago. They were fine in the dishwasher, despite being made from 2 sandwiched layers of thin glass. However, I just handwashed one and, when drying it on the inside with a SLIGHT amount of pressure, it exploded in my hand, so £10 (£20 for 2) for 3 weeks is not a value-for-money situation. They are handmade, I am pretty sure, so maybe I got one with a tiny flaw somewhere in the glass. Other reviews mention damage in the mail, so handle with care ! (UPDATE - READ TO THE VERY END RE FRAGILITY)I may be imagining it, but I DO think that they keep your lager cold for a reasonable amount of time. And should keep coffee hot - but, bearing in mind para 1, don't use a metal spoon to stir.UPDATE - 10 MINUTES LATER - ...AND they drew blood when I cleared the shards up off the floor. For that reason, I'm out...UPDATE - 3 months later - ... the second one is still going strong, although I now AM pretty careful when hand-drying it. Fine in dishwasher, though.UPDATE - one full year later, and the non-broken one is still great for beer and even hot coffee, so I'm upgrading from 3 to 4 stars.FINAL UPDATE 15 MONTHS LATER - unfortunately, I have lost another of these - and a smaller one bought later - due to their fragility. I really like them, but you do have to be very careful about them falling over in the dishwasher, knocking against plates in the sink, and so on. I think I may get 2 more for myself (2 for £[] at time of writing), though. Again.

I have bought Bodum glasses before and they didn't disappoint and it is the same with these glasses. They're fantastic for a nice cold drink on a hot summers day, but come winter time they hold a massive amount and tea/coffee and keep it warmer for longer then a mug.I have taken one of these into my office to use and I get multiple people a day commenting on it.Pros:- Looks great- Holds hot or cold temperature wellCons:- Slightly expensive for two glasses!

I have been using these every day for months and they still look as good as new.

I bought these to go with a new Nespresso coffee machine and they have been brilliant! The double wall design keeps coffee noticeably warmer than a normal mug with an additional bonus being you don't need a coaster as the outer wall doesn't get hot. They are really light compared to a normal glass or mug; I assume this is due to not having a thick base and the glass potentially being thinner. They do feel delicate, but they are probably tougher than they feel (but still take care!)They are just the right size for most of the drinks settings on the Nespresso unit I have (Latissima Touch), the exception being the 'latte' preset which is just a bit too much. They fit underneath the coffee and milk nozzles with plenty of clearance (see pic), so no issues getting the finished drink out. The 350ml version of these glasses would cater for it, however. Coffees look absolutely great in them!As mentioned, there is some slight variance in size due to being hand-made. However, it is slight (1-2mm) and not enough to make any one of them unusable.I've put them in the dishwasher without any issue. The pressure valve on the bottom hasn't let any water between the two walls, as per the manufacturer's claims.

These are perfect & boyfriend loves them for his morning espresso.

Makes you feel pretty fancy and they keep my coffee warmer for much much longer than any other mug I own. I’d say the same about all of our Bodum glasses.

Great glasses, most importantly there have been no issues with washing machine.
