This is a light weight long length puffer vest. You can wear this as is with the change of seasons, add a sweater for extra warmth or under a lighter weight jacket for additional warmth. The down is the good soft fluff and not poky, so it adds great warmth and wind resistance with a low puffiness profile!! Perfect length for leggings. Great for travel with its own packable bag. Two inside deep pockets, two side zip pockets outside. Good full length zipper. Great quality at a good value. It’s a keeper!

When it was delivered in a very small package, I was a little worried. After I opened it, let it soak in some air and tried it on, I was pleasantly surprised! I'm 5'4" and 149 lbs. The medium fits nicely, but if I wore a sweatshirt under it, it may be too tight. Also, it's very warm!

For the right job, this is a nice vest. The problem is the photos don’t describe the best use of this vest.Ultra lightweight = not much down fill. Don’t be fooled by the advertising photo because you won’t see that out of the box. It takes up to a week and at least 4 days to regain loft and relax the wrinkles.The temperature range down to 20 degrees has to be be Celsius. Not warm enough by itself outdoors in the winter below 50 degrees F. It’s really comfy indoors in a drafty building. I prefer a sleeveless vest during activities because it doesn’t bind my arms. The pockets are adequate for a large mobile phone, and the raised collar stops wind from going down my neck.I edited my review after months of wear. This is the vest I reach for like a comfy sweater on a winter’s night. It’s not serious outerwear but it excels in cool, breezy weather for casual wear. I love the fit which is shaped and flattering without binding.

I returned another long down vest and bought this one. I wasn’t sure about the sizing, especially the armholes, since I want to layer sweat shirt under. But I was pleasantly surprised at how light weight, well cut, well made, & good quality this vest is. I need not worry about the armholes being tight because the fabric has some elasticity in it. It’s very comfortable and not bulky looking at all. I also love the inside pockets and the zippered outer pockets. I am 5’9” and 150 lbs, large size covers my behind and also has some wiggle room around the middle. It’s pricey for a vest but I will get a lot of use out of it.

Arrived all crunched up and squished inside a small stuff sack. Duck down should never be compressed for long periods of time as that ruins the loft and then reduces warmth! Outer material was also very wrinkled, making the vest look cheap. It’s a shame the vest was packaged like this, because it does look stylish (other than all the wrinkling).

This vest is WARM while remaining light weight. Great zipper - easy to latch. Generous arm holes so you can wear a sweater under it. Mid-thigh length is great for warming legs. Zips up to high neckline but not turtleneck (which I like because you can still wear a scarf without choking. It's just a super purchase!

Very comfortable and versatile. Only minus is no two-way zipper and the pockets. While the have four total generous pockets, they are positioned right on the waist and don’t take advantage of the longer length of the vest and the two interior pockets are directly behind the front pockets, so if you have stuff in all your pockets you waist is really thick.Positives are it is warm. I like that the stuff sack is attached (but it does flap around a bit). It is soft and fluffy.
