I’m a 30” waist. I wanted a slightly loose fit, so I bought Medium. They fit great, and look good!

Great gym pants, stretchey, soft and comfortable, good line stitching. Only thing is the bottom of the leg cuff where u can adjust it, someone with thick legs would fund this thin rope irritating and leaves a line mark on your skin.

Very good fit and product. I like them so much I now have 3 pairs.

These are tiny. I ordered a medium and it was literally more like a child's size. Check the sizing before ordering.
