I got this as my dog had started to push food over the sloping edge of his old metal bowl. This new bowl is quite heavy so moves about less and has vertical sides with a small lip at the top, so he pushes much less out on the floor. It's easy to clean as it's glazed - he usually licks it clean anyway. It seems sturdy and durable and ideal for its intended use, but be careful when handling as it's quite heavy and being ceramic it would break if dropped.

Great water bowl! The one I purchased is massive so that all my chihuahuas can drink from it at the same time after doing their crazy zoomies. It’s easy to clean, definitely won’t get moved around by the dogs, looks great and was worth every penny.

This bowl is suitable for a small dog which is fine for me. I like bowl which I got for dogs water. The one thing that is truly irritating is the label which seems to be welded to the bottom of the bowl - not the underside but inside. I had to use sticky stuff remover which meant that it needed to go into the disheasher to be thoroughly cleaned., I cannot underdtand the logic for this type of labelling - surely it would be better to just put a paper non stick label in the bottom or if it has to be welded on then stick it to the underside of the bowl. If you do not have sticky stuff remover best not purchase this product.

I have close to 40 pieces of Mason Cash pottery - mixing bowls serving bowls, pinch bowls - and I adore the pieces made at this historic and venerable potter. (When watching English television and movies set in the early 20th Century down to the present, keep an eye out for Mason Cash's iconic tan ware) So, while browsing Amazon one day, I found these dog bowls and had to press "buy." Now my Sealyham Terrier sups from the small bowl and laps his liquid from the larger. And my collection of this utilitarian and distinctive pottery has grown and will be enjoyed for now and for generations to come.

Bella ciotola, senza laminima imperfezione! Forse un po' pesante ma è normale trattandosi di ceramica. Mi sembra di buona fattura e qualità!
