Well constructed and easy to use but need to buy Poxxons power supply or make your own to get variable speed control.
This drill is well constructed and easy to use. It is not as bulky as other 'mini drills' and has a speed setting dial on the handle. The speed dial has to be turned fully anti-clockwise to turn the drill off so would have been more convenient with a separate on/off switch.Take note that the variable speed does not work with a DC power supply but appears to require a 12V peak (approx) full wave rectified AC drive waveform (with a 2k2 resistor in parallel with the rectified supply to achieve a stable minimum speed). A cheap 12V 20VA mains transformer, 2A bridge rectifier and the 2k2 resistor gives excellent results (plus you can add a switch so you don't have to keep changing the speed dial!).

Works as it should.
Great item but I was disappointed to find that I had to purchase this power supply to make my Proxxon mini drill variable speed.

Well made but not as strong as it should be and clumsy to turn on and off
As all their products expensive for what they are but very well made. I found this not as strong and powerful as it needs to be but for small jobs it is fine. The big problem for me is the clumsy way one has to turn it on and off right at the back of the unit and when you are working this makes it clumsy to use. A power on of on the tool NEAR your fingers would have made this product SO much better
