Hard fit
To fit properly, I had to file down a black tab on the other half of the original unit. I didn't have any leaking problems like others said after I filed down the mating pins.

Don’t waste your time and money buying a deferent brand. This sierra it’s the best.
Very easy installation. It worked perfect for my engine no leaks like others. I tried to go cheap on other brands and I just wasted my time. This is the best up there, it it worth the price.

I think the value was there. It's a must every year, so doing once and noting it's going to last is important.

Replaced mine while doing a tune up on my 87 Evinrude 40hp outboard. All seems to be working as it should. Only minor compliant is it seems to seep fuel a little when you turn the lever from Auto to manual.
