Found this really helpful for adjusting food portions. Thought it was a bit expensive but was the one I wanted.

It's a great idea and does what it needs to but I think £5 would be value for money. I couldn't find a viable alternative cheaper on Amazon which is a shame.

Great wee template,only criticisn is you cant see what food should be where !! If you look in the picture the different food portions are drawn in black,the one i received isnt,its just the same colour as the template so is very hard to see.

its a plastic plate divider, bought by the wife, I don't know why, totally unnecesary, but hey the diet industry is worth millions ! With gulible, desparate dieters, its easy to see why.
