LOOKS THE BEES KNEES
I purchased this for my son, who has three young children. Normally when buying a sofa I would be sitting & bouncing on it for long enough to determine its comfort, strength and seating height. Fortunately, the seating height is great, my son is over 6ft and I don't like low seating either, comfort is good and it seems to tick all the boxes in terms of strength. It really does look the bees knees, it is practical and easy to clean. It was a great price, delivery was arranged for the convenience of my son who works 6 days a week and therefore needed Sunday delivery which he received with no quibbles.I was a little concerned that this item would be delivered to the wrong address and e-mailed the supplier more than once to ensure they were aware of the different delivery address; they obviously know how to receive e-mails but not how to send them. For reassurance an improvement in customer service would be good. Apart from that, no problems with this item.Tish

Both settees bowing ! :(
Had these sofa's 10 months ....already saving for new ones. They r rock solid, when u lay on the three seater it bows in the middle n u get wood in your back. Both settees r bowing in the middle ,Doesn't Matter Who Sits On Them , wouldn't Recommend At All. Only thing I like is they r wipe able ..? There than that really disappointed. .ONE YEAR LATER ; now looking for a new settee ! So hard n uncomfortable, settees bow !

Seating position
Fantastic sofa's was a bit worried about the height of the seating position but was perfect well built soild things price is awesome... Early delivery also two guys were brilliant and a good laugh... Very impressed with the quality of the items and the quality of the service... Can't go wrong... Thanks to all

Lovely sofas.
These are really great sofas especially for the price wasn't expecting them to be as good as they are very pleased with them. Delivery men were very polite they assembled sofas and took all packaging away with them. Delivery was good would recommend, sofas are comfortable.

Cracks in the 3 seater after 3 months of buying it
Im disgusted in the customer service as they came out spoke in there own language and had the nerve to say that we spilt something are put chemicals on the sofa they arent going to.sort fhis out so i have to seek legal advice as i paid the full amount it took two months for some one to come out and look at the sofa the warranty is a disgrace they dont give you the warranty and the are poorly made
