Supportec Acupressure Massage Mat and Pillow Set - Choice of Colours

This is absolutely amazing! I have hypermobility, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, prolapsed discs, sciatica & other stuff going on and I’m constantly in a lot of pain, and thought I’d give this a try. Takes a moment to get comfortable but once you’re on it you can feel the slightly stinging pain relief getting to work, plus my back gets really warm which is lush when you’re always cold! After 15 Mins my back looks red raw but feels in less pain. I use this at night and it’s made my evenings much more comfortable. I don’t understand the science behind this, but regardless, I can’t recok this enough. At this price it’s wortg giving it a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

I have tried all sorts of alternative treatments for my ME and CFS and nothing has worked as well as this. A friend sent me a review on these and I scoffed at the idea, but thought it wasn’t expensive and I’ll try anything for a good nights sleep and pain relief. The mat and pillow arrived really quickly and didn’t look particularly impressive but my goodness looks can be deceiving. It hurt like hell the first couple of times so I wore a loose thin T-shirt. I slept so deeply and so well afterwards and I woke up pain free for the first time in years. The pain free didn’t last long but I am hoping that it will last longer each day after a good nights sleep. I have been using the mat and pillow for 5 nights now and my sleep has been amazing. I have more energy in the daytime and I hope the longer I use these the more improvement I shall have. Take a chance! They are working for me!

I like this and is relaxing for body and disperses energy in ways I need..I put a pillow case over it as in first using I caught my finger in the spikes and it bled! Just be aware of this..but with pillow case cover it works well for the price..

Love it!I also stand barefoot on mine foe 5 mins every morning! Hits the acupressure points in your feet, and it feels great when u step off!

Was looking forward to receiving this and it hasn’t disappointed. Takes a little while to get used to the sharp points, but if you can evenly place yourself down on the mat and relax with it, you do feel the benefits. The sharp points can make your skin go red and the marks it causes do take a while to go, but they do go. Beneficial once you get used to it, and then you want to keep using it.

I don’t know how it works, but it really does. I have ehlers-danlos syndrome (hypermobility) and fibromyalgia, so my body is constantly hurting; particularly my back and neck. This somehow takes the pain down several notches after only 10 minutes of use! I’m amazed!

I fell asleep on mine the first day I had it! Feels spikey and hot at first but it’s relaxing in the long run. Good quality product and value for money. Arrived quickly too.

Bought as a Christmas gift therefore I cannot comment on it’s use, however I was impressed with this item and would consider purchasing for myself.
