Good stapler, heavy duty, 3 in 1 stapler gun with 2100 staples worked very well, it seems well made and was easy enough to use. It was difficult to use the first time because the handle setting was set too stiff. After turning the adjustment knob to make it easier to squeeze the handle, it was a delight to use. The instructions offered no help. Loading staples was easy after figuring out how to open it up. Again, the instructions were of little use. On the plus side, the staple remover was easy to use. I can't speak to its longevity, but right now I am happy with this staple gun.

Product is good but they have not mentioned how to load stepelers, I am not able to use this item till today. Please advise and give me video how to load stepelers in it.

Horrible and absurd product as 50% of the staples are wasted, it does not staple correctly and one has to put in too much effort and pressure in performing the stapling. According to my experience one should not buy this product. One should look at the option of numatic staplers as one would not have to exert so much of pressure and end result of quality of stapling would be much better and easier. I wish amazon would accept this product to be returned. One can only return after the product has been used and tested. Waste of money. First time I feel I have been cheated.
