Q: Can you jump start a car with this? I feel like no. Id like to know why if so as in what damage could be done?

There will be no damage jumping a car from this battery. Only part that is at risk is the dead lead acid battery, that likely needs replacing regardless. However, you should not use one of these 12v LFP's to replace your lead acid. Alternators do not make stable power to charge lithium batteries.

To charge 24V 50Ah battery system, the DC charging voltage should be between 28.4V~29.2V, and charging current less than 50A.

However, we have upgraded 12V100Ah and 12V200Ah with an auto-heating function that may fit your purpose. The auto-heating battery can be charged at ambient temperatures of -4°F/-20°C.
