These were perfect for the school play. The lights have various settings from blinking to just straight on. One of the hats did lose the puff on the top, but it was easy to reconnect it.

The media could not be loaded. 2 hats have 3 lighting modes fast blink, slow and solid. (the black hat and green hat). the oh deer and let it snow hats have just an on off switch only. happy with the hats, fits adults fine although the image stretches a bit. good value.
