Magnum-a2 - large water bottle magnum COLOR TRANSLUCIDO SIZE 1 L

Solid and well made, fits snugly in bottle cage - perhaps a little too snug as it doesn’t just pop out for in-ride sips, had to stop to get it out. Otherwise easy to use and wash, great value for the price. Replaced two 750 mL bottles with this, turns out I didn’t need 1.5 L to reach the next water station

Good durable bottle. Smelt a bit of plastic but this goes away with washing. The problem is that it only fits well into a Zefal holder but luckily I purchased one with this nice and cheap and it is very good as well. Stays in place but not to hard to reach and grab on a ride. It is quite large so won't fit directly under my saddle only on the other attachement.

Good strong bottle. I've used this a long while now. Good for long rides.

I am always looking for high content bottles, 800ml or 1l, which are hard to find, and this one is perfect size. Also, being wide opening means it's easy to fill it with ice cubes, a prerequisite for me, and to wash (with a baby bottle brush). The mechanism for opening the bottle is both very easy (with teeths!), so single handedly, and leak proof. Finally, I like it being transparent, nice to see what I'm drinking and to check if it's clean. All this and very reasonably priced.

Great shape and size, and the cap fitment and thread is good (some other brands aren't). On the downside, they leak from the nib after a period of use so they aren't leak proof. In fact, I have four of them and they ALL leak, therefore I can't recommend these. Zefal now have a newer version which has the same bottle design (different graphics), but a new lid with a redesigned nib that does not leak. Buy those instead, as they're great.

Initially thought these were awesome due to the size. However, after only a few months of owning it and using it a handful of times, the bottle has split. Not robust at all.

Just wanted something to allow me to carry a bit more liquid. Just the trick, right price right size and look good quality.

Great bottle. Nothing fancy, just holds lots of water and is simple to use. I use 2 of them when cycling and go though about 1 bottle per hour. I don't like to have to ration water while exercising so the extra capacity of these bottles over standard size ones is what makes this product great. Fits in my standard size bottle holder on my bike. I wash both the bottles and the lids in the dishwasher which is probably not recommended, but I've had no problems so far with it.

Zefal water bottles....not a lot to say. Those that know the brand will know you get a quality product.

I've stayed loyal to Zefal Magnum bottles through three design iterations and this is the best. First was the top with the gasket, which would get lost or, if it hung around long enough, become either dry and brittle or mildewed. Next was the flat, gasket-less seal between the bottle and the top (left in the pictures). Unlike the gasketed style, these tended to leak. Now we have this design with a V-ring that forms a primitive labyrinth seal (on the right in the photos). It doesn't leak and there's no seal to lose or fail. It fits all my cages and never bounces out. The nozzle is easy to open and close and so far hasn't detached from the cap the way they did on the first iteration. We have a winner. The mouth is the smallest of the three designs but still easily accepts the crescent cubes our icemaker produces. Like the two earlier models, this one also holds 31 ounces, maybe 32 if you rely on the meniscus bulge to slightly overfill the bottle. But 33 ounces? Must be a French conversion from metric. No matter. Even 31 is a 10.7 percent increase in capacity over everyone else's 28-ounce "large" bottles.
