i feel great today.
i wake up every morning with a foggy head and tired body so decided to try these. i stuck them on last night and woke up today feeling refreshed. i usually wake up 3 or 4 times nightly but i slept from 10pm-6am without waking.only giving 4 stars as they don’t stick well, i just held in place with socks!

Waste of time and money
The patches done absolutely nothing. There was no "middle" pad on them as advertised. Just looked like a big medical sticky dressing. Don't waste any of your time or money on these. Overpriced plasters!
