excellent, i had a set of panasonic before. I was on the edge of changing all the phone system thinking its the phone. As a last resort, I tried changing the headsets first. Guess what? Panasonic headsets were the problem. As soon as I replaced them with these everything works perfect. Sound is great. they are sooo comfortable to talk to for hours! Excellent product

The A602 model is surprisingly good sound quality and build, marred by not being as described. Bought as a replacement for my expensive Plantronics headset which did not have inline mute, this more featureful headset beats it hands down on sound quality alone (both received and given). Full binaural really helps keep distracting outside noises down from this on-the-ear, non noise-cancelling headset. However, the "mute" button (the reason I bought this) is not, despite being labelled as such: it is a momentary button which terminates your call. Really really not useful, as I can always terminate via the handset.The whole reason I got this was for conference call providers whose "mute" capability is either obscure (e.g. you have to find out it is Star-6 by reading all their instructions on a website - impractical when you may have to use up to half a dozen different providers) or non-existent. If this is not a problem for you, then fine, but I suspect you might find cheaper headsets.

I bought a single unit for our service desk to trial as many of our engineers use similar headsets. These headsets are great. We found them to be very comfortable to wear with soft cushioning over the ears. The sound quality is very good and the flexible arm ensures you can position your mic however you prefer. We will now be ordering for all of our team.

So far I am very pleased with this headset. It was a replacement for a mono headset, so a great improvement anyway. However I was pleasantly surprised how robust it seems to be, it is not at all flimsy, which I was a bit concerned it might be; you can never quite tell from any photos until you actually try it. Also, very good sound quality which is essential for my work.
