Close but no cigar
Ordered this as a present but unfortunately had to send it back as the case was damaged on arrival and there were items missing from the set. I already have a B&Q version of this and thought it was the same one and the contents of the kit looked pretty good - just a pity it wasn't complete - so didn't get chance to use it. Visually and weight-wise seemed worth the money. Be aware that the whole kit is unbalanced and once opened, the lid seems to outweigh the base and so it rolled over backwards and slammed shut - maybe dangerous for use with young ones around

Bought this toolkit for my soon-to-be new house. After a thorough search this appeared to be just what I was looking for and I am not disappointed. The price may seem a little steep but you get what you pay for.... a high quality set of tools, sturdy aluminium box, a detachable trolley feature, keys to lock the case. The case has layers of padding included so the tools don't rattle around and all the tools fit snuggly in their assigned position. So many tools, there's even a few I have no idea what to do with!! Quick delivery too.

A place for every tool. Top Value.
If you are an occasional user this is all the tools you will need around the house. A brilliant collection and tool quality is good. And everything has its place, so nothing gets lost. I would buy it again.

I like this item
I like this item. It is a comprehensive tool set and virtually identical to one I purchased for my son from Halfords some 4+ year ago. That cost £99:99p at that time so the price has gone up since. My only complaint is that on opening the tool kit two tool attachment pieces were missing. Items that are easily identifiable as absent from the pre-marked tool board. I hope Amazon will sort this complaint.

Avoid... buy some quality tools.
These tools are not good quality. You get a lot of tools, but don't expect them to last. First use of the mini socket wrench... slipped when any pressure was applied. Tried to hacksaw a thin metal shelf bracket, and the teeth on the blade immediately snapped off leaving a smooth edge. Replace the blade with a decent one, and continued to saw... the body of the hacksaw snapped. The only way to describe the metal like material used would be metallic biscuit.I returned the toolbox after these two instances, as I have every faith that the rest of the tools will follow suit when used in anger. I am going to buy real quality tools, as and when I need them, and build a collection that way. These tools really aren't worth the money, and old saying 'you get what you pay for' holds true for these .

Good quality tools, just a bit wobbly to cart around

Some are excellent, whilst others are terrible
You should not expect too much from this set. Assuming it arrived intact - mine did - the next thing that will strike you is the variability of quality in the tools. Some are excellent, whilst others are terrible. However, overall I would say the set is reasonable value. Reading some of the reviews, I do believe some people are expecting each individual tool to be equivalent to ones costing ten time as much - that was clearly never going to be true for something around £100.However, what you need to ask yourself is do you need all these tools. If you are fussy about your tools, buy a case and fill it with top quality tools you need. If like me, you bought it to keep the rest of the family off your better tools or for infrequent use in a pinch, it's a good buy.

great home diy kit
Great bit of kit but I took one star away as it comes with a small feeble hammer and a mini hacksaw. Always the go to case for my home diy projects.
