Easy to swallow, one a day, great heath benefits
I am guilty of not eating my five a day (mainly due to working extended hours, my animals, finances etc I good go on an on with all the excuses lol) so by taking these I will make up for what I am lacking in my disorganised lifestyle and diet.Fast delivery with Amazon Prime and well packaged. the bottle has a screw top lid, under this is a security seal which states sealed for your protection. The tablets are a beige colour, the size of paracetamol caplets for comparison. Have an odd bready sort of smell and are easy to swallow. At a one a day recommendation this bottle will last for 3 months. I take mine in the morning along with other tablets.Though not this particular brand, I have been taking A-Z mutli vitamins and minerals all this year and can honestly say I have not had a day off sick so far. I'm hoping that continuing with taking these now, this will continue. Love these multi-vits & mineral.They incorporate some important minerals often overlooked by many other Companies.They might be a bit more expensive than other multi-vits,but I think that the quality is so much better.
