Appalling, full of bones
I bought this because I use a lot of mackerel for both myself and my dogs. After reading a glowing review I decided to order. It's the worst mackerel I've ever had. It's full of bones which I've never encountered in tinned mackerel before and when opening a tin there was a lot of brown liquid where the mackerel had become mush like in parts so created discoloured brine.My dogs are small so the bones are a concern. The bones are fine ones plus the spinal bones which break easily . I tried to salvage some of the firmer flesh to give to my dogs but I'm wary of them choking on the bones. I'll be giving the rest to a friend who has greyhounds so they're less likely to choke on the smaller ones which can't be removed.AVOID.

I highly recommend seller and brand. The tinned mackerel is so delicious. Have already bought more and will do so again. Very good price too.
