My 4 yr old kitty must have a predisposition to UTI's because this is the second time this year. The first time she had a temperature with bloody urine. This was 11pm so I just forced fluids and gave her cranberry juice with an eye dropper, and by morning her temp was normal and she seemed to be her old self. As the days passed I noticed her urine clumps were a little smaller and she urinated more often. Still she was eating and drinking and as active as ever. I switched her over to a new raw diet and supplemented her on dry uretic kibble. Several days ago I noticed that her clumps we getting smaller and I could see a few specks of RBC's in her clumps so I started her on UT Answer. I also could not get her to drink and I think that is the problem -- she drinks very little even though she has a fountain. The blood cleared up with the UTI and she started urinating more but I was convinced I needed something different. By then I had called the vet and they wanted $500.00+ just to walk in the door. So I went to a Holistic store and she recommended Couch Grass tea. Then I went to the pet store for advice because she won't drink and the clerk suggested Primal goat milk and gave me a free pint (bless his soul) value $6.99/pint. So I spent the night giving her the milk and the tea every hour or so and this morning she is doing better and her clumps are more often and better sized. She is currently on an organic raw diet (SmallBatchCat) and I added plant-based vitamin C and B complex for stress. I also added and little water and a few drops of organic olive oil for flavor. Absolutely no more dry kibble moisten or otherwise. I am totally convinced that cats are not designed to eat dry kibble. Think about it. The media with fancy cute cat commercials have convinced us that kibble is healthy but when you think about what is so healthy about it -- nothing more than processed crap.

It really works, took 3 days to get rid of my uti did not need antibiotics. It is a lifesaver. I will buy again for prevention.
