Died after few usages
TFCard died after few usages, now only Bluetooth mode do works. Also it’s just a x18pro, their actual price is twice less.

Stopped working
Product stopped working after a month. Now won’t switch on. What a waste of money. I feel like if you’re spending £80 on headphones it’s best to do it from a reputable brand

Very poor
These headphones were used once and stopped working. Unable to switch on or charge. Tried to send back to Amazon and it was refused on return as they said it didn’t meet the requirements when I followed each step in the returns process. Very disappointed in the product and amazons service.
