**Q: What is the dose? It has both 250 & 500mg o it.**
A: Each capsule contains 500mg of fenugreek of which 250mg are saponins. I hope this helps, Lisa.

**Q: What are the benefits?**
A: Increased testosterone/libido, possible appetite suppressant qualities though I only used a small dose as can cause stomach upset for the first couple of days.

**Q: Are these good for men. I also read that one of the side affects is loss of consciousness. Is this true?**
A: I have not lost consciousness I was told to try them to help with aggression worked for me

**Q: Does it contain any nuts?**
A: according to the label on 2nd and 3rd picture, no.
