Westland Gro-Sure 10L Vermiculite Pouch

I have a large reptile and tropical invert room, vermiculite is crucial as a substrate when breeding and raising crickets, as well as for helping to hold humidity for my plants, and substrates for creatures that require a high humidity - particularly thro the summer months when it can be a task when maintaining over 300 animals. This is a great quality product, great value for money and arrived the following day. I appreciate the smaller sized pieces, it is visually more attractive and goes further when using it for cricket substrate.

Very good product. I mixed it with compost and perlite. A good balanced mix. Used many times. It's generally priced too expensive on Amazon so I only buy when discounted. Would highly recommend this brand though.

the size was as required and the bag did come in one piece. although I did find the one I had there were a lot of dust rather than whole pieces of vermiculite. its okay, I guess not the most ideal. I think this could be an issue if you have issues or is sensitive to dust. Then I would recommend that you use this either outside or in a very well ventilated area. You could also try and 'clean out' the dust part when you first get it (outside) to reduce them but its something to keep in mind.

I recently purchased the Gro-Sure Vermiculite, 10 L for my garden, and I am incredibly pleased with it! This vermiculite is lightweight, easy to mix with compost or potting soil, and helps retain moisture in the soil, which is perfect for seed starting. I have just used it (March) to start some vegetable seeds, and the results have been fantastic. It creates a great environment for seeds to sprout without them becoming waterlogged. Plus, it's easy to handle and doesn’t get too dusty, which is a bonus. The mix of compost and Vermiculite has given my tomatoes and lupin seeds a great start. I also added it to my garden soil to improve drainage, especially for some of my more sensitive plants, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in plant health. The 10 L size is ideal for smaller to medium-sized projects, and it goes a long way. Great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to fellow gardeners looking to enhance their soil or start seeds with ease.

Great product. Such a shame Amazon let you down time and time again with deliveries. Everything else is so good but I am getting really fed up with delivery drivers throwing things over the wall rather than ringing on the bell when I am in. Seriously considering going elsewhere.

Bought for repotting some succulents. Does exactly what I wanted and my plants are nice and healthy. Good value at the time I bought this. Only issue is the amount of dust when getting it out the bag - I recommend wearing a mask.

Great for taking cuttings or planting seeds mixed with the proper compost. A good sized bag will last me a long time. Good sized bag value for money,
