I'm lactose intolerant - Effective for muscle growth
I purchased this product to consume more protein for recovery after gym workouts. I cannot use normal whey protein as I'm lactose intolerant. When paired with a good diet and training several times a week, I lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of muscle.It has a very sweet banana taste, quite similar to nestle's banana milk. It also mixes very well and does not leave any froth, or become lumpy. Very smooth.This is one of the best proteins I have ever used. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because of some unnatural ingredients that can be bad for one's health, and sugar content.
