Yeah we all liked Eddie brock and flash Thompson but lee price was a new twist on a character that's been about since the 90s the story's not bad the mangaesqe art is quite good not a bad little story arc if you like venom you should enjoy this 👍

Angst ridden story (cliché) is reasonably good, lifted by superb illustrations

I really enjoyed reading this, I was quite entertained from start to finish. The story about how Eddie Brock becomes the original Venom again is an exciting read and the Spider-Man moments are great! (5/5)

Expensive for a slim cartoon book. If he hadn't wanted it I certainly wouldn't have purchased it.Always difficult at Christmas and I had no idea what I was buying.Won't buy similar again

Collects Venom #1-6 (2016-2018) written by Mike Costa with art from Gerardo Sandoval. This was my introduction to Venom in comics and it was very interesting but not what I expected. I decided I'd start getting into Venom before the upcoming Venom featuring Tom Hardy releases. As I'm somewhat still new to comics I read it once, read some other stuff then came back and read this one again. I must say I do like it, I found it strange to begin with a new character (I think, could be wrong).Lee Price is a former ranger who has now turned to doing dirty work, while out on a deal gone wrong the symbiote bonds with Lee. Lee now given an incredible new weapon and power will do anything to keep it hidden and a secret. This is a interesting read as you see the symbiote as the victim in these issues. Lee is also an interesting character himself who is ruthless and vicious which is fitting and I can't wait to read more on.Be Aware---I've seen there are different cover arts on the physical copies, one of which is issue #1 which is what I have. Then the other which is misleading to someone who goes out to a local comic shop/bookstore, which is collecting the same issues but has the cover art as issue #6 which shows Eddie Brock as Venom, which isn't the case for 99% of this collection. This collection is about Lee Price as Venom.Overall it's a great story with great artwork, I'm glad I picked it up and as soon as I'm finished with this review I plan on reading the next collection which is Land Before Crime which collects Venom #150-153. I encourage you to do the same.If your like me and am trying to get into Venom before the new movie releases I will recommend some upcoming and not yet released Venom comics that are coming out to hopefully help our knowledge/enjoy reading Venom. (These are not in any order or release or anything) first is Venom by Daniel Way: The complete Collection (2003), it releases September 25 2018. I look very forward to this release as I'm a fan of Daniel Way's Deadpool so will be picking this up. Next we have Marvel Platinum: The Definitive Venom, it will be a great collection to show important events that happen to or involve Venom, this releases September 13 2018. We also have Venom Vol 1 by Donny Cates, this is a new Venom comic which is still ongoing from the date of this review, sadly this won't be out until after the movies is in cinemas, December 4 2018. Then last but not least Venom: Dark Origin, it came out in 2008 but they are reprinting it and releasing it on September 11 2018, this is meant to be a single volume so it should contain a nice story in itself since it's only one volume. I look forward to getting my hands on all of these. Hopefully this helps you find out what you may want to start with.Hopefully you found this review helpful and happy reading.

Una delle mie saghe preferite, con disegni stupendi e una storia intrattenente, che vede il ritorno del Venom originale, Eddie Broke. Must have per i fan del personaggio.

It's venom what more can I say... This review is more about the vendor, booksoutlet1. I have ordered numerous books for my son and I have to say every book like this has been brand new. In mint condition, never opened. Shipping has been fast, wish I could combine orders to get better shipping prices, other then that I have been extremely pleased.

It’s a set up for the cover that is kind of a spoiler for the ending. Recommended for sure, but don’t expect the moon.
