Me costó $1900, estaba buscando una opción barata para aprender repostería, no quería irme de lleno con una KitchenAid y estuve viendo muchas marcas pero esta me convenció más, fue una buena compra, la uso principalmente para hacer betún y merengue italiano y suizo, funciona perfecto para eso, sólo que como el globo esta muy pegado al bowl, cuando vierto el almíbar en hilo, salta y choca con la pared, y una cantidad considerable se cristaliza en las paredes, como pueden ver en la foto, pero aún así me queda perfecto el merengue.

Esta increíble, la caja llego en muy mal estado, rota y muy desgastada, pero todo el producto estuvo en buenas condiciones. Se puede hacer un gran betún y pasta para galletas! Compren!

This is my very first stand mixer, so I don't have anything to compare it to, so to me it is really neat. It is a great mixer for someone on a budget and who is a beginner. It has all the qualities of a Kitchenaid, but is a fraction of the price for someone who can't afford it. The bowl is very large for big batches of cookies, etc. Unfortunately for my family it is disappointing because I don't make such large quantities. I make half a batch of yeast dough for rolls, and it is so tiny in the mixer the dough hook barely reaches it so I ended up having to knead by hand. For someone who is making small single batches the attachments don't reach to the bottom of the bowl. I honestly haven't used it much because it is more trouble than it's worth. Cleanup is easy, but you have to really make sure it air dries well because water can get into the crevices on the bottom of the bowl. Overall I personally was disappointed because it wasn't what I was hoping for for my needs, but for the price I paid it is an excellent mixer and does its job.
