addictive heat and flavor
i love the addictive type of burn from ghost peppers ever since i tried melinda’s ghost pepper hot sauce and then some kiva x mark weins smoked ghost pepper powder. these ghost peppers are not smoked and are the hottest of the three, and have an unexpected but really nice note of pineapple. i cut a small hole in the paper seal under the lid and use it to shake out the small flakes and seeds while keeping the whole peppers intact for later. this way i have whole peppers and also ghost pepper flakes without having to grind them. now i’m thinking of adding some whole ones to jars of pickles/olives for to add heat and flavor to pickles and then use the pickled ghost peppers in other things. in general with all 3 products i tried, ghost peppers are not as spicy as i expected, but these are definitely the most spicy, and all 3 are addictive because the particular way ghost peppers burn feels nicer to me than any other pepper. all 3 also taste great, but the sauce tastes a lot more like habanero and the powder is smoked, so these whole ones have the truest ghost pepper flavor. which is surprisingly pineapple-y to me! never would’ve guessed but it’s delicious and these should last me a good while.

Ghostly delicious
I'm a guy that likes to make my own hot sauce. I make way more than I need, and often hotter than I can tolerate. But I love the process and I often love the results. It can be difficult to locate some quality ghost peppers. I tried to buy them locally. Sometimes they're in stock, but most of the time, they are not to be found anywhere. So I resorted to online solutions. I bought these about a month ago. You get quite a lot of peppers for the money. I've made 2 batches.. and still have a ton left. My first batch was just a straight up ghost pepper hot sauce. My second batch was a blueberry ghost that blew my mind and my taste buds. Amazing heat.. smokiness.. that distinct Bhut Jolokia flavor... I will be buying more of these. delicious. Quality is good, flavor is excellent.

Kick up the heat with these peppers
Decent heat levels and perfect peppers to add a little more kick to some salsa or chili. Can be rehydrated or just crushed and mixed in.

Super Spicy and Amazing Flavor!
These are super spicy and delicious. I remove the seeds and put them in a grinder to put on everything from pizza to Thai food. The seeds don't have any capsaicin. They're actually bitter. That's why you don't see seeds in spaghetti sauce. If you know someone who likes spicy peppers, they will love these. Funny story. I covered my pizza with ghost pepper flakes. My then-girlfriend picked a piece of cheese off my plate that had one tiny ghost pepper flake on it. She could not believe how hot it was. Her mouth was on fire. Then she said, "I had one tiny, little piece but you covered your pizza with it! How do you eat that?" I shrugged my shoulders and said, "I don't know. I just do."
