I bought this product and received it. When I went to turn it on - nothing. Did not work. I contacted the company for a return and the company responded fast and was very polite about fixing the problem. When the problem was still not fixed, they refunded my money. Sometimes we are apprehensive about dealing with a Chinese based company, but I can tell you these people are better at customer service than most US companies. They responded and took care of the problem instead of avoiding it.
