Doesn’t always spin in the wind.
It’s pretty and sturdy but doesn’t rotate/pivot. The price was good. Holding up well in the environmental elements.

This is so cute and spins well but the stakes are thin and flimsy. It snapped and bent when installing and had to be tied to rebar to stand straight. Also, it was much shorter than I had hoped.
