Heats up pretty fast and produces everything from very light vapor all the way up to and including smoke with flames inside the glass bol. After nearly exactly 2 months it quit heating about half as much. I checked everything especially the screens but it's part of the heating element that stopped working. It's a bit of surgery but you can get it apart without breaking anything and replace the heating element with one from China which will likely die in two months or do what I did which is swap out the heating element from an inexpensive soldering pen. If you do this be very careful I am a retired electrician and have had a lot of experience in trouble shooting electrical issues and I've done my share of appliance and misc repairs.

First impressions were not good, always seemed difficult to get a good hit, never got really hot and now the heating element broke, won’t get at all. I got this last year tried it once and put it away due to lack of performance.BEWAREGot it out this week to try again, I had about 2 quality sessions and next time I go to use the element is burnt out.Poor design on the whip, screen is difficult to put in place, and it’s hard to keep the whip free of build up due to lack of being able to take apart and clean.Same goes for the heating element.Not a good purchase and I wish I would have read the reviews before buying.Face plate also can off.

The media could not be loaded. It doesn't work quite like the instructions perceive it to. The temp will continue to blink and won't reach temp until you hit set button. You'll have to redo this each time you turn it on and theres nknway to know because it stops blinking when you hit set. Let it warm up while you prep your herbs. The top of the device will get hot if you don't shut the unit off. I had mine on for roughly 20-30 min. But make sure it's shut off when your session is over due to the lack of auto shut off. Works exactly as instructions mentioned (there was an erroneous comment before where the blinking red light means it's ready), but exceeded expectations coming from Arizer customer. I've had three Arizers - two desktop and one portables, and this is better than both models:Pros:- A solid glass-glass connection without any air means you get direct hits. If you take the bottom panel off the Arizer you'll see that you get a lot of air mixed in. Normally this is a good thing as in carbs on pipes, but for vaping not so much - you have to pull a lot more to get an equal-quality hit.- The controls seem to be more accurate than Arizer. On Arizer I have to go up to 400-420F to get a hot enough draw to get vapor, but this is also very high. I have found 370-380 is the sweet spot on this machine, but I get a good vapor as low as 350 which is more to what online instructions suggest as a temperature range- Very small compared to the Arizer Desktop and feel just as well built. At 370 I can feel heat on the wood so we'll see how that effects things over time, but I like the compactness of this unit.- The whip is very different than Arizer. On Arizer you have the male quartz element (this does too), then a female-female borosilicate piece that has the screen in the middle, then a male connector with a whip on the end. This is much more simple - male quartz element, female glass (not sure if borosilicate atm) with screen built in and a whip on the end. Simple.- Also this female glass piece has a bulb on the end which lets you easily see when you're drawing vapor or not. This isn't as evident on Arizer.Cons:- Unlike Arizer which has the same male quartz assembly, this is mounted on a 4" glass tube which goes into the body. It's not supported, so while it allows for a solid glass-glass connector without air gaps, it also seems like it can break easily.Mix:- The angle the male piece is coming is slightly higher than horizontal. On one hand this is nice because the herb never actually "sits" on the hot quartz like it does on Arizer; however, it means you have to be a bit more careful with spillage. I wish it was a nice 45-degree angle but because it's closer to 15-degree, it's nice for keeping herbs cool but takes getting used to coming from Arizer which is completely vertical.Would definitely recommend and buy again, and throw in a few of their whip kits with it for backups.

I Have had a pipe like this before and it worked great... therefore without hesitation I purchased your unit... when it arrived, I was excited and immediately used the pipe... a week later I need to clean the screen...using a probe I scraped the resin and the screen dislodged... I've not been able to use the unit not happy... either you need to be clearer about how to resolve the resin problem or explain how to replace the screen... when the parts are working the unit is a great vape pipe.

Junk! Junk! Junk! Out of the bow one of the 4 feet was missing. When I turned it on, the lights worked. The lights are the only part of this that worked. It got slightly warm even when turned to 500 degrees. Tiniest bit of smoke after 30 minutes on high. Buy a different brand. I would also ask Jeff Bezos to please stop selling this item. Please!

This vape is every bit as good quality as the vapor Brothers desktop vape and it was definitely worth $90. 10 out of 10 would buy again

Product itself is awesome but the whip it came with was broken out of the box. Luckily, I'm really handy and wired it back together while my new one is getting here. Nothing against coming from China and only having this much damage. Either way, good product for vaporizing your herbs.
