could a polishing cloth be used over the sponges for a final buffing?

You do t really need it, it leaves the window nice and clear with the squeegee behind the sponge. Also I’m not sure how you would stop the cloth from falling out of the outside of the window

can this clean double glaise windows with 2cm gap ?

Hi, yes I bought the purple one and it cleans my windows which are 2cm thick, the different colours represent the different thickness of the windows, hope this helps.

Do u have to spray your windows with anything or do u just use the magnetic cleaner

does this work as i live on a second floor of a main road and have floor to ceiling windows and dont want it to smash someone on the head

It definitely won't drop on anyone's head as you attach the outside cleaner to your wrist via a cord; if your windows are double glazed you may want to think again as I found that the magnetism wasn't strong enough - although too strong to prise apart if they got stuck together without the plastic - to keep both magnetised during cleaning.
