Great for office fun
We have been using these in the office to promote success and little wins. I have to say the team love them and we all really enjoy the farmyard noise of them going off when someone gets a win. We work in sales and care and people press them for their own reasons, depends what they think is a win. Non one has missed used them and everyone always enjoys sharing their buzzer story, great for moral in a fast paced environment.Still going strong with the same battery's 8 months later. We like them so much we are getting another set.

Great fun!
Got these for a home quiz and they are really good. Loud enough if you are all in the same room and battery life good. Added to the fun!

Fun for quizzes but consider the VfM
I bought these for my English classes in Japan. I have used them in about 20 classes so far. The students (ages 10-12) find the noises amusing - especially the cockerel - and it has certainly added an element of fun to a quiz game. There are 2 small issues, though. One is that the more competitive students found the buzzers too slow (one group were convinced that their dog buzzer was slower than the others, so started shouting "woof woof" instead!). The other, more important (to me as the teacher), is that there are only 4 of them. For class sizes of 20 or less 4 is enough, but for more than that you either have to make 4 big groups or use something else (I added maracas and a handbell at one school where I had to make 6 groups because of the large number of students). If you are paying for these yourself (as opposed to your school or boss buying them) this is something you may want to bear in mind.NB. I found the best way to use these in a quiz/lesson is to make 4 teams, put each buzzer on a desk at the front of the room, and have the teams line up behind their buzzer. After each question the student at the front of the line (i.e. the one pressing the buzzer) went to the back of their line and the next student in line took their place. Then it was easier for me to see as well as hear which group pressed their buzzer first.

Best Purchase Ever
I purchased these for use in a classroom for games. They are very well received by the students and it is far easier to tell who buzzed in first with the different noises each buzzer makes. Plus we all end up in stitches laughing because of the ridiculousness of hearing barnyard sounds.I now look for opportunities to use these in the classroom.

Fun buzzers which will appeal especially to children.
These buzzers are great fun and can be used for so many different purposes: getting your children to listen and pay attention or to follow instructions, as buzzers for a quiz or game and any other use you can think of. The sounds are pretty loud and easy to distinguish between.

Great fun resource for the classroom!
These are a great tool for the classroom; my KS4/5 history classes love using them competitively in their teams; especially when doing the dreaded revision for their upcoming exams. They bring amusement and incentive to otherwise run of the mill revision sessions. The boys especially seem to like the cockerel buzzer although I can't think why...!!!!

Perfect Ice Breaker
Used them at an internal staff conference for a Q&A session and worked treat as everyone laughed so it was the prefect ice breaker! Only minor reservation was that they weren't as loud as I thought they might be. However, be great for small groups and children.

good product but very fiddlesome with the batteries
I bought these Farmyard buzzers to make assessments lots of fun for my class of 9/10 year olds. I intend to use them in each house group ( there are 4 house groups), so that we can hold quizzes and competitions. Each of the buzzers are about 3 inches across. You need to get tiny screwdrivers to open up the back battery compartment ( now how many people own tiny screwdriver sets?). It takes 2 AAA batteries each buzzer -Once you manage to squeeze the batteries into each of the compartments, the buzzers do not work. YOu have to do a lot of readjustment with those tiny screwdrivers, so the springs in the battery compartments touch the contact areas on the batteries. Then finally, you get a resounding cockadoole doo, moo, woof or neigh! I think this should be good.
