I would say this airbrush gun is good for beginners. By know means do I have any artistic skills, so im learning as I go. Super easy to set gun up, get it charged and get makeup flowing. I bought to use for face moisturizer and makeup. I used Phore (available on Amazon) brand makeup in the gun because it is thin. I would not suggest using high end makeup because it will be way to thick to spray and will end up clogging your gun. Getting the hang of where to pull back to get gun to spray without over spraying is the hardest to learn, no fault of gun. Compressor is quite, batteries charge quick, very compact. Overall im very happy with it and would recommend for every one even beginners.

Good product for light airbrushing like makeup not paint

This is a great setup for beginners. I love how easy it is to setup and ready to go..I have used it briefly because I'm still really deciding on how exactly I intend on using it. It has innumerable ways that you can utilize it. From artwork to makeup the possibilities are endless. I am leaning towards using it for makeup but I still have lots of learning to do. There are multiple videos online to demonstrate the uses for this. Clean up and storage is also a breeze so I definitely recommend this kit.

This is maybe my 5th or 6th mini airbrush and I was drawn to this due to the 2 batteries, included hose, and the auto-engaging compressor. Most mini airbrush compressors run constantly when they are on, so you have to turn it on and off constantly, which can be a pain depending on button location. This one, you turn it on and can leave it on while using as the compressor doesn't turn on until you press down and pull back the trigger. Both batteries arrived at about 75% and it didn't take long to get them to 100%. I simply love the fact that the batteries charge by USB-C. All my others use those dumb AC/DC cords with the tips which means I have to be sure to keep up with those. With these batteries, I plugged one in with the included cord and the other in with a standard USB-C cord I keep plugged in at my desk and both worked perfectly.My issues started when I went to use it. For starters, I had to disassemble it as the needle was so stuck in the nozzle, it took 2 sets of pliers to separate. By it being stuck, the needle couldn't be pulled back making the gun completely useless. Once this was fixed, I reassembled and it still had issues. Air just bubbled up in to the cup. So I disassembled it again. I'm very familiar with airbrushes and their components so I'm quite adept at their parts and functionality. Regardless of what I tried, at the very best I could get a splatter when initially pulling back the trigger and that's it. Maybe its related to the fact that the needle was stuck in the nozzle initially, but they do not include an extra of either, so I wasn't able to try.Determined to try out the compressor, I grabbed one of my Master airbrush guns, which connected easily, and I was in business. For a mini, this thing is pretty great. Perfect for those quick jobs when I don't want or need to get out the larger compressor. Also since its cordless, it can be used anywhere. I wish these were a thing back when I did runway makeup! Would have changed the whole game.So overall, I think this is a 50/50. The compressor is AWESOME, but the gun is junk. I have put in for an exchange, hopefully this one was just a fluke, but I will update. I do feel its important to give an honest review of exactly what I received. Even if the gun was working, it is a low quality one. I'm not even convinced its all metal. I will likely continue to use my Master brush. If the gun were in working order, I would have given this 4 starsIf you have time to test and exchange if necessary, or have extra guns on hand, then I suggest you give this a shot. But if you're in a time crunch and can't take chances, I'm not sure I would go this route.

I’m amazed at the quality of this machine. Can’t wait to give it a try. It’s sturdy, feels like great quality. We shall see! Update to come

i haven't tried this with paints yet, but i can already tell it's super nice quality! i have never used an airbrush before but super excited to try for graffiti and canvas painting. the battery shows the percentage of power being used (i believe, not entirely sure what the percentage means) but it's so cool! also comes with an extra battery and charger. excited to try this and will update my review when i have tried with paints!

I like that this airbrush has no cord's and is easy to use and clean and a good value. I use this product in my nail studio for doing art on nails.
