It's not a good item for me
It's not a good item for me. If you select a temperature at 20°, it should be start at 19,5° and stop at 20,5°. Off it start 1H30 after to pass 19,5° and stop 1h after to pass 20,5°. The heat pump works more than it should.

Purchased in order to replace an existing unit which had packed up after 6 years - No issues.

Looks great but is totally unreliable.
This looks great and 'Apple-esque' but the wireless connection keeps dropping out and turns off the heating which is very frustrating. I have to take the transmitter and put it next to the receiver to start up the heating again. A total pain!

Simple to operate, but doubts about long-term reliability
Bought as a replacement for a defective RDH10RF which failed after just two years, so I have doubts about their long term reliability. When it works it's a decent enough controller with simple controls.
