Very good brushes, for a good price
I hadn't realised how much my existing brushes had deteriorated and stiffened until I ordered this new set. At under a tenner for Harris brushes, with the (combined) free postage option, I figured they were a bargain, and worth taking a chance. They are excellent - very smooth and pliable, and they hold emulsion and gloss very well, creating a very good finish. The no-loss bristle promise seems to be working - so far. The only loose bristles I've noticed have been in the sink while I was cleaning the brushes, and I do tend to be rather vigorous with my cleaning.Having said that, the bristles still need regular maintenance/attention. After cleaning/wrapping/drying any brush, there are inevitably one or two stray sticking-out bristles to trim, to keep the brush in shape. I suppose that technically, this doesn't count as "bristle loss", seeing as I'm the one removing the bristles.Cleaning: They clean up very well, for both emulsion and gloss, and (so far) they have remained pliable, after about three uses/cleanings per brush. I tried my best, but I couldn't get any of them cleaned back to "new-unused" condition, but to be fair, I've never been able to manage that with any brush, and these are the closest I've managed. So to summarise, I like them, they are good quality, and excellent value for money.

Brilliant brushes that I cannot recommend highly enough!
Simply.... bloody brilliant!! Lovely to use as they have nice tightly bunched bristles and they have literally not lost a bristle in the process of painting my entire house. Personally I clean brushes after every use in white spirit (not the 'eco' alternative stuff the diy shops insist on trying to sell you) so to do all the undercoating and glossing of all the woodwork in my house (full house refurbish), I have used the middle sized brushes only. They give a nice consistent finish and due to the tight packed bristles, they form a good straight edge to make use of when cutting in round doors/skirtings/loft hatch etc. Grippy handle does the job too and means they dont need holding tightly so this reduces the amount of hand cramp you get when painting above your head height.

NOT Lossless
Just had cause to use the brushes today (what else are yopu going to do when you're on Lockdown). The cover really well and the paint comes out no trouble. BUT the two I did use shed a couple of bristles immediately on use. Now I am going to put this down to the first use and that they wont do the same on future uses, and I will also presume that the three I haven't yet used will shed one or two bristles on first use.Overall I cant give them a completely negative review, but neither can I give them a 5 star review.

Only a humble DIYer these days but I do know a good paint brush as I was in the building trade before I retired. I havent used such a superb brush as these for years. My back door needed a coat of Sadolin and fed up with hairs coming out of my old brushes I splashed out on a set of these. What a superb finish you get and with no effort. Nice to hold and easy to clean, well worth the extra. Buy this set you wont regret it.

Great Brushes
These brushes are fantastic value for money. Great range in size, I have used them to paint wood, metal and walls and they have been perfect. No hair loss as described. They wash out really well and I have used them over and over again. Highly recommend. I would buy again in the future

No loss yet - and at about half price you can't go wrong with these
Just finished my first couple of hours painting and no stray brush hairs messing up the job. Quite surprised by that as no matter what most manufacturers claim you usually get one or two annoying hairs that have to be picked off - not the case with these.Nice selection of sizes and they have a quality look and feel to them. There are rubber grips on the handles and near the brush head which make these very comfortable to use.I paid around half the RRP for these with free delivery so all in all I can't fault the price, quality, or sizes - all excellent.

Good product
It is a great product. Only 4 stars instead of 5 as the big brush lost so many bristles I spent more time getting them off the walls. Most definitely NOT a no loss brush.However.. The rest of brushes were no loss. So just assume a faulty brush. Will buy again soon, as I stupidly forgot to wash the brushes when I got distracted by the phone and left.. So some of the ones I need for other rooms are ruined and too hard to reuse.Just hope next time the big brush lasts me without losing a quarter of the bristles.
