Mine is a 13" Dell. It can fit in it but I can't zip it.

It should. It fits a MacBook Pro 13.3 just fine.

Q: where do the accessories go?

I love this case. It's beautifully made and well-padded. That said, my charging cord has a 3X3" block on the plug end which won't fit in the case. I carry the computer case, charging cord and other things I need for work in a tote bag.
