I was concerned about this product because it was marked as frequently returned. I followed the directions for measuring the blind and was pleasantly surprised to find that the blind was an exact match for my window. Directions were easy to follow. The quality seems to be very good.

Well, the blinds look nice and the fit is perfect in my window. However, the package was received with only 3 of the 13 listed items. I received the blinds (#1), wand (#6), and valence (#7), but did not receive any of the hardware.Upon first opening the box i noticed the box had tape that had all been cut, and taped again next to the original tape. I wondered if it might have been a previously returned item. Upon opening and looking at the instructions, I noticed I didn't have any brackets. Then I realized I didn't have any hardware at all. After this I examined the blinds themselves as I was curious about some things other reviewers had mentioned. The edges of the blinds look very nice. Overall they appear to be very good quality. My only issue is that the top front of the blinds have scuff marks, which I believe now is from the item probably being someone else's return.I have contacted the seller regarding my missing hardware and am currently waiting to hear from them. I will update as we progress.UPDATE:The seller was quick to send me not just one, but two sets of hardware. Getting the clips in was a little tricky and frustrating,but once everything went up it looked great! I suggest having two people to hang this on a wider window but I was able to manage it on my own. These are beautiful and I'll certainly be ordering them for the rest of the windows throughout my home!

Easy to install and operate as expected.

The blinds ended up great. However, there was as a small problem with the order, but I contacted the seller, who made things right. End result are perfect fitting nice looking custom cut blinds! Highly recommend this seller.

Careful of this product!!!The cut ends on the outside of the slats are all chipped and look HORRIBLE! The chintzy plastic piece that they give you for the sides of the valence snapped and broke after LIGHTLY putting pressure on the hooks to secure it. I asked about the cutting of the slats BEFORE PURCHASING because of other people's reviews and they got back to me to say "if there's an issue it can be returned".... No... There's an issue of it being damaged during manufacture and still being sent to the customer that paid good money for them. I'll deal with the cheap little piece of plastic with some epoxy and that should be fixed. If you're using these blinds on windows that you can see in from the outside, because the saw blade is slicing downward as it's being cut, you see nothing but a dull blade and too little teeth on the blade damaging them. In my jobs, I've cut blades at larger home box stores and they always use a very fine tooth count and extremely sharp carbide tip circular plunge bades, which these are not!!!

They look nice and work well but if you plan to lift and lower them regularly they only last a few years. I bought four of these for around the house and have had to replace the two we lift and lower often.
