Easy assembly
It was mostly put together just attached couple things n was good to go

It doesn't do anything. You could get the same workout sitting in your office chair.
Dumb. No resistance. A useless device for any sort of physical fitness training. This is why buying random crap online is a dumb idea.

Loving it so far
I’ve only had this a couple of days but I gotta say, the light weight of this machine along with the versatile use of it makes it fun and enjoyable. I do feel the burn in my hips thighs and glutes so I don’t think the only thing it works on is just the waist.

Easy and effective
I purchased this to help me get back into a better shape during the cold winter months since that's when physical activities are harder to do. I like the ease of putting together and taking down. I get a good exercise in without feeling like I'm not doing enough. It helps me work out multiple parts of my body at once. I have lost 9lbs in about 2 weeks. So it does help if you cut back on things and add more water into your diet while exercising.i am very pleased with my purchase.
