I really like how it retains heat in my gas grill. My only complaint is that the griddle is not deep enough(just 1/2”) and depending on what I am grilling, grease will spill over the edge. I like how I can put it in the dishwasher once I sop up the grease. Nice product!

I like having the griddle on one side & grill marks on the other side. Only did one time initial seasoning. The griddle side worked great for pancakes. The grill side stuck badly. I will try the grill side again after seasoning multiple times. There are no instructions enclosed for seasoning. I recommend looking up initial seasoning instructions & how to care for a cast iron pan/griddle. I use a cast iron fry/sauté pan that’s lasted for 3 generations & love it. Make sure you measure carefully to fit for use on top of your stove. I ordered the smaller size which works perfectly on my gas stovetop. It can be used on your BarBQ as well. Make sure you use good oven mits or pot holders because the handles are cast iron & get very hot.

Gift did not like weight of grill

This works great on the outdoor gas grill. Nothing falling through the grill grates.

This griddle has made our bbq so much more versatile. We really enjoy it.

The griddle is exactly what I needed for my gas grill. Great for burgers and grilling vegetables. Worth the money.

Very heavy cast iron. However I was expecting it to be a bit thick and larger.
