A learning curve, but does it's job well.
So, this is a thick, mealy smelling powder. By itself it tastes kinda like higher quality ground up cheerios. The texture is pretty grainy, too. It took me a while to figure out how it tasted best. And so far my preference is to put it into a protein shaker with either my morning coffee and creamer or almond milk and shake it until it's completely foamy. It tastes pretty good and really fills your stomach. And with all that fiber, I am sure you can guess the benefits there. It's great for breakfast and keeps your energy at an acceptable level.

Very good value
This is very good value for the money. Misugaru is a Korean traditional ice tea that you mix with water or milk to make oat grain juice. It's very sweet and savory and delicious and you only need a couple scoops of misu powder to make the drink very thick and delicious. You can also make a smoothie out of it by putting it in a blender with ice. It's very cheap since it's a big packet. I bought it for $15 and majority of it has been sitting in my pantry for like 6 months. People will drink it for breakfast in Korea as "healthy and nutritious food!"

Sugar free, 100% natural taste
There was another review complaining about the flavor. I grew up in a Korean household as well. The misaguru we grew up on was loaded with sugar. To this day, most other brands still have tons of added sugar. This has 0 sugar, so you are getting a very healthy, traditional version. The taste is fine as long as you know what you're exactly getting. The instructions state to add sugar or honey to taste. Otherwise, you can drink it straight, or add it to shakes, recipes, etc.

Great
I chose this product due to zero sugar. While my elderly mother adds little bit of honey powder for some sweetness with water, I drink it as is. It's a great meal replacement. Great for people suffering from digestive problem. The taste is pretty much the same as when I had it when I was young. Will definitely buy again.

Love it
I used to buy it from a mom and pop shop in CA, but not a lot of shops up here. I ordered this, added a little honey and it was a great meal replacement.

Healthy meal replacement
Love the toasty taste. I add monk fruit for sweetness without the guilt of sugar. Amazing with coconut or oatmilk.. For a lighter taste just mix with water and add ice.

Delicious
I really like this misugaru. Smells good, absolutely delicious (with honey and milk), not too thick. Definitely going to order some more.
