Zyliss E960002 Burger Press, Grey, Red, White

This is a really good burger press. I don't like really thick burgers, they take too long to cook on the BBQ but this allows you to make thinner burgers at about 100g each that cook quickly, which is ideal when you have hungry guests you need to feed in a hurry. Using burger discs I can make a batch of 20-30 burgers in no time. It comes apart and goes straight in the dishwasher and looks brand new when it comes out. The burgers look really professional too and I get a lot of comments about how good my burgers are.Overall it is a really good product and in my opinion well worth the money.

I buy 6oz wagyu burgers but they are too big for us to eat. I squash 2 burgers together and divide the ball into 3. I put each ball into this press and get 3 perfect quarter pounders. Really easy to do this with this burger press. Easy to clean too

Good results

Makes huge burgers, bit thin when using the 1/4 pound setting. Doesn't stick and easy to clean. Have to hold down the out ring to stop the burger spilling out the bottom when pushing the press down.

If you like a nice, thick, meaty burger then this is the gizmo for you! Just load it with 1/2 pound of mince and press down. Then you have a perfect round burger patty that is tightly packed and will not fall apart when you cook it. I have also used this to make veggie burgers and it works well too. Usually homemade veggie burgers don't hold together very well and are hard to flip without breaking, but this solves this problem by allowing you to press it tighter. Everything fits easily in the dishwasher after use. Great gizmo!

This is a great little device. You can make two different burgers, quarter pounder and half pounder. Its easy to use and easy to clean. Once you have your meat ready (Weigh it first) drop it into the press and put the top on, using equal force, you press down slowly. Bingo, you have a burger which also has the grove on it top and bottom. When I use it, I check after pressing down halfway and see how the meat is spending. You can then make some adjustment to the placement in the press, then complete the movement. The whole unit separates into there parts and can be washed easily.

Surprised at the quality of the plastic, thought it would be light weight but is quite heavy duty. Does the job.
