I decided a month ago that I'd grow a beard, with the last time being 14 years ago when I was 27. I hadn't repeated it since because by 27 I had significant grey around my chin, which I felt subconscious of because it made me look much older than I was. Even now being in my early 40s, I feel it's severe, so I opted for several hair dyeing options; I've tried Volt, which I wasn't impressed with, a beard pencil, which I did like, Just for Men beard dye, which I'm holding off trying until nearer the wedding that I need to attend. I had read some good reviews about this particular product, so looking at the colour and the price, I thought I'd give it a try. Now firstly, the colour is, in my opinion, still too light to be classed as dark brown, as it doesn't match my own facial hair, and the black would be too severe and noticeable. The set is impressive, with the brush for distributing the colour, being very soft and pleasant to just brush the beard with, even without the colour. The compact mirror is also really useful. You can easily keep this in your trouser or jacket pocket and it doesn't take up much room at all. What I really like about this is the colour lasts for most of the day, though I would recommend using it in conjunction with another product, such as a beard pencil. What is also great about this product is it is so quick and convenient to use. Literally a minute and you're good to go. Personally I don't use this to conceal grey roots, but instead as a very temporary beard colourant, I'd recommend a beard pencil for the grey roots instead. Until I try the Just for Men permanent beard colour, I'll continue to use this product. I just wish they would do further dark brown shades, but that really is my only gripe about this product. I’ve tried so many different root cover-up products over the years, but nothing has worked as well as this one. The coverage is incredible — it completely hides my greys and blends perfectly with my hair colour. To show just how good it is, I even took a photo mid-application: one side done and the other not yet touched. The difference was unbelievable! Once I’d finished, my roots looked freshly coloured, and you’d never guess there were any greys there at all. It’s easy to apply, natural-looking, and lasts until my next wash. Honestly, I won’t waste money on anything else now — this is a total game changer!

This is fabulous. I previously bought a much more expensive product, and now realise I should have just got this instead. It’s a really good product, colour spot on, and great value for money. It’s easy to use, and covered grey roots very well, especially as I’m unable to visit hairdresser at the mo. One slight downside is the powder was visible on my pillow the next morning, but that could have been if I used too much initially. Yes residue does come off on to your fingers, if you scratch your head or suchlike, so you need to be aware of this, but it’s a small price to pay, against the huge benefits of covering my silver halo!!

This is a really good product, it covers grey roots well and lasts until washed off, I like that you can just brush in where needed rather than using a messy spray product

I found this product really useful for covering roots. I have to say that my white hair are not massive and with the help of this product they mix very well with the rest of my hair, giving me the time to go to the hairdresser without hurry. Furthermore, since my roots are a little bit greasy and absorbing, this powder works really well on them (in view of this I don't know if it could be indicated for dry hair). I didn't find any trace of stain on my pillow or on my clothes. It is easy to apply it, no mess, no stains, it is like when you put blusher on your cheeks. The difference is that you put it on your hair. It just goes away when you wash your hair, but it's ok. Also in this case I didn't find any stain on my towel. My hair are brown/dark blonde, so the dark blonde was perfect for me. It is the first time that I try a product for covering roots and I am very happy of it.

Its ok. Doesn't cover roots that well actually. Darkens the grey but if you add more it lifts off what you put on before.

I’ve been on the search for a good grey Root cover-up for a long time and even resorted to using powder eye shadow! I find brands that spray on, too sticky and not very precise on target areas of the hair, to use. I am a combination of light and dark/dirty blond and recommend that you choose the light brown shade as I personally do like a slightly darker Root for contrast. This is a perfect blend for my hair colour, giving a very natural look. I read reviews here, that the dark blonde is too orange for a few customers so I went for the light Brown, which is a very good tone and not too dark, just right! It’s a great way to save money in-between Hairdresser visits, which these days, is very expensive, especially if your hair grows quickly. My hair is practically white when the Roots come through and this really is good coverage. The brush that comes with it is sufficient, being double ended, so I wouldn’t recommend buying any other brushes than the one it comes with. I highly recommend this product.

Don’t buy!!! Absolute waste of money. The first time I tried it, I accidentally touched my head and got black on my fingers. It wasn’t long before I noticed in a mirror that I had black down my forehead and nose. I’m just glad I was trying it out and not going anywhere. I hope I can return😡

Prodotto per capelli molto molto utile per ritocchi alla ricrescita senza più dover andare in giro con quella bruttissima riga bianca quando si aspetta che passi almeno un mese per fare la nuova tinta. Ho acquistato la tonalità castano medio che si associa molto bene al mio colore castano chiaro. La copertura è buona e non lascia intravedere differenze significative di tono di colore ma bisogna fare attenzione nel passarlo delicatamente soprattutto nella zona delle tempie altrimenti rimarrà la brutta macchia scura come quella tipica della tinta appena passata quando arriva anche sulla pelle.Ne consiglio vivamente l' acquisto anche se è un po' costoso in proporzione alla quantità ma almeno avrete la sicurezza/certezza di uscire di casa con i capelli ancora in ottime condizioni tra una tinta e l'altra.

Realmente práctico, muy cómodo y fácil de aplicar. Encantada! Cubre perfectamente las canas, incluso si hay bastantes como es mi caso, y da un acabado bastante natural tanto al pelo como al casco si clarea un poco en zonas de poca densidad. No mancha nada y no deja sensación de pelo “sucio” al tacto. Los dos tamaños de brocha son súper útiles, y consigues una aplicación sencilla y muy limpia. Yo usaba antes el retocador de spray, y nada que ver, pues me quedaba mucha sensación de pelo “sucio” y, además, me costaba bastante aplicármelo en la zona de las patillas y la frente porque realmente no es fácil acertar con un spray, por lo que me manchaba bastante la piel. Con este, en cambio, lo aplico exactamente donde necesito, sin mancharme NADA y con un acabado muchísimo más natural. Muy Buena compra. Lo recomiendo

Súper efectivo. Antes usaba el spray de L’Oréal pero te dejaba el pelo apelmazado. Este producto es muy eficaz. Te cubre las canas perfectamente dejándote un efecto natural. Los colores son tal cual se ven, acerté de lleno con el color 👌🏻 100% recomendado.
