I have have been using the Vonztek product for 9 months now, working from home.The headset is great and value for money… connects to my laptop absolutely fine… (the dongle that comes with the headset is useful and will boost the connection).The headset is also really good when taking calls on your mobile as well … which is handy for me when I am away from my laptop, also like the charging port that comes with the headset.

This is a value for money product as the voice quality is similar or even better than Jabra Evolve 2 75 headset which sells at £310 (the one with a charging base) but at a fraction of Jabra's although when listening to music you will not have a great experience but if you're not sensitive to such a quality, then this headset can do the job.I can hear people very well (I have an iPhone 14 Max Pro) and they can as well, some of them saying they could even hear me better when using the mobile headset.It comes with a charging stand which is a very good supplement to the headset but the downside of using this base is that the moment you connect the headset to it, the headset turns itself off which is not good since if you receive a call while charging this device you won't be able to answer the call using the headset and have to switch it on and connect it to your mobile in order to be able to pick up the call which is not convenient and the callers might terminate the call assuming you did not pick up.The other downside with it is, if you want to charge the headset directly while it's not connected to the base, the indicator light is so tiny that it's hardly visible and the manufacturer needs to redesign this device and consider a bigger light for it.The third downside is that you can't charge the headset with a USB-C to USB-C cable if you wanted to use a longer cable for charging it which might be due to the slow charging capability of the battery installed on this device. The original cable supplied with the device is USB-A to USB-C cable.I used several different USB-C to USB-C cables and plugs to ensure the problem was not due to the cable or charger and to see if this method could make a change but the result was the same and you have to use either the USB-A to USB-C cable which had been supplied with the headset (USB-A to USB-C) or if you need to use a longer one, you have to use a USB-A to USB-C cable.Also, even with the original cable supplied with the device you might not be able to use a fast charging plug which might or might not charge the headset.Despite these shortcomings this is a value for money headset at a fraction of the price of the big brands such as a Jabra Evolve 2 75 which is so highly priced at £310.

Microphone does not work as it should, callers had problems hearing me.

The headset paired right out of the box with both my MacBook and iPhone, it was extremely straightforward.I was surprised just how good the sound quality is, I normally don’t rate budget headphones too highly but these perform extremely well. The connection was stable, the sound was clear both for speech and music.The microphone was next to be tested, I tried a Voip call and also a call from my iPhone and the other person heard me very clearly. It wasn’t a noisy environment but my voice was clear and concise.I then used the headset for a few hours on teams calls, very comfortable and no problems. I bought this headset to address 2 issues from my old usb set…1. Wireless freedom, no issues and works in the next room2. Comfort, my old headset used to press quite hard and hurt my ears after 30 mins, these were very comfortable.I would highly recommend these for the price and the docking cradle not only provides a handy hook but keeps them topped up. Only comment is they switch off when on the cradle so dont forget to power them back on and allow a couple of seconds to pair before using.

The best part about these headphones is never breaking the cable by running it over. They connect easily and work well

The device performs well, with satisfactory sound quality and a decent microphone. Feels abit cheap. However, a problem arises when using it with Microsoft Teams, as it shuts down when placed on its stand. Consequently, when receiving calls, one must power it on and wait for it to connect, which can be time-consuming. Moreover, it is not possible to answer Teams calls using the unit's earpiece button. Therefore, if one intends to utilize this device for Teams, an alternative product may be more suitable.

I am posting this review after several months of usage.This is a really good headphone. I am fully satisfied with the sound and mic quality. I mostly use it for team calls and my voice is always crystal clear.The only problem is with battery. In normal day-to-day use, it last 6-7 hours and the battery drops down to 20-30%. When you charge it, it takes 30-40 minutes to charge from 20% to 70% but then it takes almost more than 2 hours to go from 70% to 100%. I have never seen the battery to be at 100%. Also for some reason its bluetooth USB has stopped working, so just using it directly with laptop's bluetooth

The sound and functionality of the headset is really good. Voices are loud and clear without having to turn the volume up unneccesarily high.I find them a little tight after wearing them for a while, but that could just be down to personal preference.Overall a good headet.

Works really great! Is so comfortable and lightweight I forget I’m wearing it. Clear sound, can get pretty great range from the device it’s attached to and I can be heard clearly as well. Charge also lasts quite a while even though I charge every night as well…

I have been using these for awhile now, at work and on Zoom. They have worked great, easy to connect, no problems with charging.

Habe mir das Headset am 31 Oktober 23 Bestellt.Lieferung war soweit in Ordnung.Verarbeitung von dem Gerät auch in Ordnung.Leider ist das verbaute Micro sehr schlecht immer wieder Aussetzer und oder Enorme Qualität Verlust.Kommunikation wird teilweise Komplet unmöglich erst wen man es teilweise mehrmals wieder auf die Station packt und Neustartet funktioniert es zeitweise wieder. Station und Dongel sind keinen Meter vom Headset entfernt. Daher ein guten Rat an alle die Überlegen sich das Headset zu kaufen, Tut es nicht.

Grundsätzlich tun die Kopfhörer das was sie sollen. Ich benutze es im Home-Office. Gute Verbindung, jeder hört mich und ich höre auch alles. Ich war trotzdem kurz davor diese zurückzuschicken da der untere Teil (Ohrmuschel) so viel Druck auf meiner Ohren abgegeben hat dass ich massiver Ohrenschmerzen bekommen habe. Ich bin weiblich und habe wirklich eine schmale Kopfform. Ich habe mich dann dazu entschlossen die ausgezogenen Bügel etwas zu verbiegen, und schon sitzen sie wie angegossen. Den Stern abzug bekommen sie wirklich nur da der Druck aus den Ohren kaum auszuhalten ist. Ansonsten ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

I saw a review that said it worked for one day & thought no way, well they were right! Worked perfectly the first day my whole shift, next day it randomly went out twice and i couldn’t hear callers and they could not hear me, had to disconnect to get it to work, been 4 days and it keeps happening more and more often its such an inconvenience to have to disconnect the headset and reconnect every other call.Returning !
