The difference is the Pro model has the foldable handle, which is nicer to store and feels a little more solid then the fixed handle of the regular C3. **Q: Will I be able to bring this on an airplane/past airport security if it is in my carry-on?** A: As long as you do not fill it with explosives, I don’t see why not. It is not a blade. You could contact the TSA, or whatever agency in charge in your country **Q: Does this have plastic parts?** A: Not where it counts! The only plastic part that I can see is the rotating knob on the end of the grinding lever. I love this device! It’s TOUGH. IT WORKS and I love it. I got it right after I returned an electric grinder that cost 10 Times as much…after it broke the first time I used it. **Q: Does it also grind 🌸 ?** A: It might work inefficiently, but would be difficult to keep clean and not sticky. Better to use a grinder designed for that use. ## Frequently Bought Together - TIMEMORE Chestnut C3 Pro Manual Coffee Grinder Capacity CNC Stainless Steel Conical Burr, Internal Adjustable Setting, Double Bearing Positioning, French Press Coffee for Hand Grinder - AeroPress Aerobie AeroPress Coffee and Espresso Maker --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nl/products/486352519-timemore-chestnut-c3-pro-manual-coffee-grinder-with-precise-grind](https://www.desertcart.nl/products/486352519-timemore-chestnut-c3-pro-manual-coffee-grinder-with-precise-grind) --- *Product available on Desertcart Netherlands* *Store origin: NL* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
