I received my charcuterie / cheese board set today. I bought the board for a super bowl party and this will be my first time putting together a board full charcuterie board. This thing is amazing! It had a sticker of heavy on the box so that tells you a lot. It wasn't extremely heavy but it had a good weight to it. Couldn't wait to open it up. There are so many different compartments and the utility tray is really cool. Everything you need to cut your cheeses and meats and plus four forks to use. The two extra boards that come out from the side are going to be very helpful. Plus there is a round board that I plan on putting olives on separately. The bamboo is a beautiful light color. You can tell that this thing is very well made. This is a really big board! 15 in wide and 12 in long. So there is plenty of room if you just use the main board. I actually hope I got enough stuff to put on it! Can't wait to use it! ~One thing I wanted to add is that you need to cure your board before you use it. I happen to look this up because I didn't know this and it is recommended that you washer board, let it completely dry and cure your board with food grade mineral oil. Actually found some here on the Amazon site, that is actually meant just for this purpose and bought it. So I will be curing my board soon.

Very happy with this item. In our gathering my daughter set this board with delightful appetizers and looks very professional and mouth watering. It’s very roomy. If you entertain often you need this one. Get it!

PRO: Sturdy well made with a slight imperfection. Loved that it's compact and will be easy to store. The endless possibilities of displaying one's creation to entertain. CON Exhibit A: Please note in the left hand corner (were my finger is) the wood is splintered. Exhibit B: Shows the opening that's where the utensil draw is slide in. The difference in the rt and lt sides. I believe with usage over time and cleaning will cause the material to deteriorate. Or can cause injury to oneself when handling. Exhibit C: Shows what it looks like when close. I was excited in anticipation of using it in my upcoming event but will be returning either for another replacement or a refund. I'll be taking points of for craftsmanship the smallest details count. I'll also give an update has to the outcome.

Hosts said they didn’t have pretty storage for charcuterie board presentation, so I sent this as a thank you for my stay, they loved it!

Super nice and lots of room to lay out a nice spread

Fantastic for entertaining large amounts of people without having to replenish a smaller board quite often. Great for gift giving as well :) Love that all the utensils come with it and can be stored inside when not in use, space saver.
